This section shall assist our clients with the incorporation procedure of a Swiss company. These are the steps we suggest you should follow:

Step 1
Please review our Key Facts (PDF; 175KB), which outline the highlights of a Swiss Corporation.

Step 2
Please consult our Fee Schedule (PDF; 95KB) for our incorporation and local representation services for a Swiss Corporation.

Step 3
Please complete our Incorporation Form (PDF; 130KB) for a Swiss Corporation and send it to us initially by fax together with all due diligence documents (see Guidance Notes) and the original documents by postal courier thereafter. We will not be able to proceed with your order unless we are in possession of the complete application package.

Step 4
Once all of the above steps have been completed and our Fee Schedule has been approved by you, we will request you to make Payment of the Incorporation Fee and Deposit of the Corporate Capital as to enable us to proceed with the work.

Step 5
We will proceed with the implementation of your order in the most cost effective and timely manner. The incorporation process normally takes 2 weeks from the date of the incorporators' meeting.
