Associate – Entrepreneurs & Families

Supporting entrepreneurs. Developing perspectives.

As an Associate, you will become part of complex mandates for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families in Switzerland and internationally. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gradually develop towards independently managing relationships and mandates.

Your responsibilities:

• Gradually become involved in supporting entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families while contributing to complex national and international mandates
• Support the mandate lead in developing tailored solutions and progressively take ownership of your own areas of responsibility
• Prepare and maintain financial and payroll accounting for operating companies and private structures
• Prepare VAT returns and support interim and annual financial statements
• Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Contribute to budgeting, liquidity planning and financial planning
• Coordinate ongoing mandates and monitor deadlines
• Work closely with specialists in tax, structuring, accounting and legal matters
• Gradually take on direct client contact and increasing responsibility within relationships and mandates

You enjoy working with entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families and value long-term partnerships. You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured and reliable manner, and demonstrate integrity, discretion and a strong commitment to quality.

In addition, you bring:

• Commercial education, ideally within fiduciary services or finance
• Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services or Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, or you are currently working towards one of these qualifications
• Interest in international mandates and cross-border matters
• Proficiency in Abacus and digital accounting and reporting processes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1)
