Senior Client Advisor – Entrepreneurs & Families

Your Responsibilities

Client Mandates: Full responsibility for the comprehensive management of corporate and family structures in Switzerland – advising entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families with both national and international backgrounds, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Primary Contact: Provide holistic and long-term advice – from corporate and tax structures to business management issues and complex wealth and succession matters.

Accounting & Audit: Responsibility for interim and annual financial statements as well as oversight of limited and statutory audits.

Tax & Structures: Lead complex tax matters, review tax files, and develop sustainable optimization strategies.

Strategy & Steering: Drive strategic topics such as business valuations, succession and wealth planning, and the implementation of controlling and governance systems.

Team & Leadership: Through your active role in direct exchange, you strengthen collaboration, support colleagues, and act as a role model within the team.
Your Profile

Holistic mindset, long-term client orientation and enthusiasm for complex challenges

Entrepreneurial drive, results orientation and the ability to take responsibility in direct client interaction

Several years of leadership experience in guiding and developing colleagues – with clear potential to advance towards department head
-
Advanced professional qualification (Certified Fiduciary Expert, Certified Tax Expert, Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Chartered Accountant) – completed or in progress

5–7 years of experience in fiduciary, audit, or tax advisory, ideally in an international environment

Strong Abacus skills

Fluent in German and English (C1/C2)
