Senior Client Advisor – Structuring – Entrepreneurs & Families

In this position, you will assume overall responsibility for the holistic management of complex mandates for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families.

You will act as the primary point of contact and ensure that all mandate-related topics are structured, prioritised and executed to a high standard – in close coordination with internal specialists and external partners.

Your responsibilities

• Mandate ownership: Overall responsibility for the management of corporate and family structures with national and international exposure
• Primary point of contact: Long-term, holistic support of your clients across all relevant topics – from structural and tax matters to broader entrepreneurial and wealth-related considerations
• Structuring & development: Further development of existing structures and identification and implementation of sustainable optimisation opportunities
• Coordination & oversight: Structured coordination of all mandate-related topics, including internal specialists and external partners
• Strategy & planning: Responsibility for areas such as company valuations, transaction-related matters and building and further developing control and governance frameworks
• Tax matters: Leading and coordinating complex tax topics, including the review of tax-related deliverables
• Reporting & financials: Responsibility for ensuring the quality and consistency of reporting, budgeting and financial statement processes
• Audit: Coordination and support of audit processes
• Collaboration: Active contribution to the team and the continuous development of the working environment

• Strong ability to understand, structure and proactively manage complex mandates in a holistic manner
• Solid expertise in accounting, tax and corporate structures and their interdependencies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership in direct client interaction
• Several years of experience in managing complex mandates in a high-quality fiduciary, structuring, private banking or comparable environment; experience in international advisory or Big4 environments is an advantage
• Completed advanced professional qualification (e.g. Swiss Certified Fiduciary Expert, Certified Tax Expert, CPA or equivalent)
• High level of integrity, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive client and mandate matters
• Structured, precise and self-reliant working style with a strong solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
