Why should I use the app?
If security, data protection and privacy matters to you we strongly recommend to start using the app for voice communication and messaging with your key contact persons at CSF.
Who has developped the app?
The ThreemaWork app has been developped by Threema GmbH, a security and privacy focused Swiss software developper based in the Zurich metropolitan area.
Where are Threema servers located?
All Threema servers are located in data centers in Switzerland of a Swiss ISO 27001-certified collocation partner.
What are the key features?
Voice calls are fully end-to-end encrypted and thus tap-proof
Messaging is fully end-to-end encrypted – including status messages
No central storage of personal data
Chats and messages are stored on user’s device with strong encryption (AES-256 with optional passphrase)
Compliance with Swiss and EU Data Privacy Laws
The app is fully compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and the Swiss Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (VDSG) as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
